Hello, I’m Deirdre.

I’m a bit older - so I have seen it all! Born in Edinburgh, Scotland in 1968 and have been doing makeup for 35+ years. I’m also currently studying my Bachelor of Social Work part-time.

I am truly passionate about making people feel their best, relaxed, comfortable, safe and special. A lot of my feedback is that I actually LISTEN to what people want and make them feel safe in my hands.

Being part of someones day and with them creating special memories is humbling. I feel privileged and honoured to be part of people’s special events.

We use Deirdre for all of our Hair and Makeup requirements when filming because she is an absolute magician and one of the most loving people you will meet! She genuinely cares for the talent and the production, and will go out of her way to make sure everyone is comfortable and cared for, as well as making sure they look incredible of course!
