It is emails like the one below we received from Kelsi's Mother so shortly after the wedding day, that gives us all such immense job satisfaction! Such a heartfelt note to Sally and I. "Thank you very much for the hair and beauty services you provided for my daughters wedding. It was a pleasure to have you in our home providing not only the beauty treatments but advice and support on the actual day.
I find it difficult to find the right words to express how wonderful you made us all look and feel for such a special event. I thought Kelsi and Philippa looked so beautiful and elegant, their hair and make up looked amazing. I was stunned at my hair and make up, probably did not give that reaction when I first saw myself but after 57 years of seeing myself in the mirror it was difficult to process how amazing I actually looked, definitely a better me. Old and married I had 4 compliments that day from staff at the hotel and hotel guests plus my husband and family, more than I can ever remember in my lifetime. A special day for me as well as the bride!
Kelsi's hair and make up survived the weather and especially the helicopter trip where they got stuck on the mountain for over an hour due to bad weather. Despite the change in weather we had an awesome and truly magical day.
I can honestly say that I would recommend everyone who helped us on the day: the people/businesses etc we chose exceeded our expectations in the quality of service they provided, they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and together made Kelsi and Joe's wedding a truly memorable day for all the right reasons.
